Some ATHs has some good vocals. Just need to do some research on it. I am not so into ATHs, not really good at giving comments.

QUOTE(ktek @ May 14 2007, 04:12 PM) can anyone recommend a headphone / earphone suitable for a sleeper ? maybe u can try some in-ear phone, for me ( im a 'side-sleeper' or what we call that), in-ear phone totally went into your ear (in this case im talking about the cx300), and when u r sleeping on it u wont feel anything, which is quite comfortable.. and it will not disturb the one sleeping beside u too.. IMO i dun think u can wear a headphone when u r sleeping rite? especially u r flipping ur head left and right.. just my suggestion based on my experience.. i like to flip my head to left and right when lying on bed . the wire shouldn't get tangled easily (prefer single sided) . not necessary noise cancelling but prefer not to disturb the one sleeping beside me . Any help would be appreciated |

And why are you not into them? Subjective I guess, but some feedback from ppl with experience with more headphones is always good. |

ATH - Audio Technica.
ATH is usually part of the model number for Audio Technica headphones.. eg. ATH-A900 etc etc. Audio Technicas has a sound siganture that some people say is an acquired taste. not everyone can accept their sound signature. but as usual, sound is subjective...one man's fun is another's hell |

hey guys i'm looking for a so-called high-end headphone, i've seen those that cos about 500-1000, are those really really different from normal ones?
i'm using a koss ksc75 so i just wanna know how do those headphones compare to it, if its really good i might wanna consider getting one, cos i'm really starting to become an audiohead, especially after getting minutes to midnight lol thanks in advance guys! |

The 500~1000 earphones wont do any good in minutes to midnight. But I prefer the older albums.
