just go to VR technology, a lil far, but it'll get the job done

just got back from VR Tech, left my iPad there, the technician is on leave otherwise he could have diagnosed my iPad, once he confirms the screen bleed, a replacement unit will be ordered from s'pore, and according to one guy there whom i spoke to, it'll take 3 to 4 working days

As I know, Machines we need to fill up a form. When new stock arrival they will call us to exchange the unit.

i think i will bring my ipad to vr technology then
but 1 question...will they replacement my sticked - screen protector ? =(....

My friend just send his ipad2 to machines, his ipad cant detect sim card..wait 7-10 days for 1-1 exchange. And his ipad2 bought in Australia..:-)

Did u get any free gift from apple since you got complaint too some of the former got smart cover

I was not aware of this light bleeding issue too until I've paid the pre booking then realized dry.gif.
