asus design for this is much better..
my ex asus..even when the temp reach 95, the palm area did not heat up

i think i found out the culprit already..
at graphic properties, if you change the filter from standard to edge-detect, your font will change,

edit : actually no again lol.
if you revert everything to default then it will change back the interface to the old one..

the seller already agreed to replace my faulty ram..
so i post the bad ram to her and today she ask me to pay for the shipment for the replacement..
do you think this is normal practice that we have to pay for the postage?
i know it is just a small amount, but still i think it is really not appropriate..

you shouldn't be the one who is paying for it since she was the one who posted the faulty parts to you

better try the settings urself and see what each of the settings do.

if the seller is really whom acid_rullez said is, then she really have bring down her reputation, at least a little. why don't you show her this thread and let she see what others' think of her action?

So I have made up my mind to buy DV6001TX. Called HP, followed up by an email, asked them to bill me the invoice + 4gb RAM.

After 3 days, they emailed me back and wrote:

Please been informed that we already change the model to DV6-6114TX however the specification and price is remain the same.

They claimed that DV6001TX has ran out of stock hence they are replacing the exact same model with a different model number.

I am still in total disbelief.

Why wanna change the model name if it is, like they said, TOTALLY THE SAME???

perhaps they have fixed the small problem faced by dv6001tx users? like maybe dv6-6114tx's temperature when under full load is only 30C
