So I have made up my mind to buy DV6001TX. Called HP, followed up by an email, asked them to bill me the invoice + 4gb RAM.
After 3 days, they emailed me back and wrote: Please been informed that we already change the model to DV6-6114TX however the specification and price is remain the same. They claimed that DV6001TX has ran out of stock hence they are replacing the exact same model with a different model number. I am still in total disbelief. Why wanna change the model name if it is, like they said, TOTALLY THE SAME??? |

Well, they are offering me the same price as the one selling in shops. So I thought just get them to deliver to me.
They claimed this is a 'new model' which has not been launched yet. I told them to send me the brochure to prove this. It is all getting very fishy now. And I do not like any bit of it. And why it took them 3 days to bill me the invoice?? Business too good?? |
