how about the battery guys, is it true lasted for 2 days?

hopefully, I am going to threaten the shop owner with breach of fraudulent misinterpretation should the stock not arrive by 5pm, he already told me 3pm to go there...

im bringing along malaysian consumer acts 3,8,9,10,11,16.... i like to play with sellers when im pissed.

depends how u use

Mine lasted from 4pm till 1.30am out from the box with half battery. Use it quite heavily to setup account etc. Quite impressive tbh. Now charging for the first time, so have to give another try later in the morning (UK time now = 4am).

For me the camera issue in phone is subjective. . .Depend how expert n skill u r in taking picture,light adjusment,iso adjusment. .It all depand,no mater how good the camera are but if u don.t know how to use all the function and adjusment setting u will have have shittyy picture

time to sleep loh..don't stick with the phone so much

reservation of the phone, though it is invitation to treat, it shows clear intention that the retailer did show intentions of a deal, to the extent of an effort to call the third party as to when to pick up the phone.

As I have accepted his offer, the retailer and third party is bound by a legal contract

arguable, u could bring in the 4 corner rule to f me, heh,that was why i wanted to pay him for booking


ahh yes, sms, with the word forcing him to say can guarantee stock coming by 3??

When I buy my Desire Z kena delay 2 weeks due to low stock also tadak complain. 2 sellers, both deposit paid. In the end one after the other say no stock kena refund deposit. Complain pun tadak coz I know ppl doin business also.

There's no need to apply everything you learn into real life. Sometimes it makes you look like an a$$.

Unless u have paid him deposit, i do not see the consideration needed for the contract to be valid.
Secondly, unless there is legal intention when both of u have done the agreement, else the contract is not legally bounded.

an offer was made, offering me a disclosed amount i cant tell you all, but he offered to sell to me at a certain amount, not only confirming, but double confirming not only through email, but thru phone as well to ensure that both parties understand the agreement.

there was a discussion thru the phone that has turned this from an invitation to treat into an offer to treat, and me agreeing, has certainly brought this to a new level.

this is a conditional offer. (not everything i wanna tell lah, but i dont wanna make this into a academic thread so, lets just drop it)
