reservation of the phone, though it is invitation to treat, it shows clear intention that the retailer did show intentions of a deal, to the extent of an effort to call the third party as to when to pick up the phone.
As I have accepted his offer, the retailer and third party is bound by a legal contract
arguable, u could bring in the 4 corner rule to f me, heh, that was why i wanted to pay him for booking
ahh yes, sms, with the word forcing him to say can guarantee stock coming by 3??
Added on May 7, 2011, 11:14 amaih but honestly la, how many retailers really know their legal rights???
Haha...purely academic discussion
Unless u have paid him deposit, i do not see the consideration needed for the contract to be valid.
Secondly, unless there is legal intention when both of u have done the agreement, else the contract is not legally bounded.
