TS : Simple.

Eat double up than regular food.
The start doing exercise every morning.... Push up and Jump rope.

Last time I also 50KG not gain any weight for 5 years.

I usually jump rope, the easiest exercise which i do daily, eat well, 5- 6 meals per day, sleep well, but yet can't gain weight...50 Kg for 5 years too =(

That particluar supplements are only meant for increasing your appetize,
but then i do have the mood to eat and eat! i can even eat twice amount of food per serving.
sometimes, i do wonder about the possibility of the presence of tapeworms in intestines which could take up the nutrients etc

i agree wit u bro mayb,i used to get hungry easily and seem my metabolism rate is a bit high,mayb nid to take slow
digesting food like potatoes...,etc

gene or fast metobolism is a myth. use to be thin as well. 173cm and 55kg since age of 18 until 25. tried to eat alot (i though alot but actually not) like i can eat 2big bowl of rice every lunch n dinner but i skipped breakfast most of the time. eat junk food, supper everyday, its all useless. until i have proper diet like eat clean food most of the time, 5 meals a day, consistent compound exercise, i'm now 67kg at age of 28, without protein powder or any suppliment! consistent is the key. and do as what hoxy mentioned.

Me also lor 172cm 50kg only. Walao. So thin. Now planning to swim every 5 days per weeks to build up my muscle. Cause 1 of the good benefit of swimming is you will use some muscle in your body that you never train before. Like we go gym we only practice some parts of our body. Swimming used the whole part of your body~ And by the way, after swim you will eat plenty of food because you just burned certain amount of your CALORIES. Didnt noticed we will feel very hungry after swim?? Compare with others sports. Haha. Planning to drink protein shake too. The doctor said to me you cant just buy the APPETON and drink it only. You have to work out and drink it so it will help your muscle more easily absorb and provide energy for you to work out. So for those people's who dont like to go gyming. Come join me for swim @.@

Lol 50kg? depends on your height. If you are tall then it would be underweight. Man are suppose to be 60kg++ lol.

Hi...i'm 175cm and weight 68kg. Just have to add more about 4kg. Last 3 months my weight is at 63kg.

The bottomline here you have to small meals but frequently around 5-6 times daily. Drinks alot of water, if we feel thirsty that means we a dehydrate. Dehydrate means lost weight.

Also the important thing is to sleep early. Enough sleep will help your body to feel relax, thus help your body to consume all vitamins and protein from your daily meal.

how to sleep early i worked till 11pm-12am.Duh. Jobs also the 1 who maked me cannot fat. xD
