That Sam and chan should be contacting the bank and prepare all necessary documents. All u need is to chase sc on preparing the docs. If they delay too long u can appeal to developer if 30 days can't be met cos it's not ur fault cause the loan had already approved. That's what u pay the lawyers for.

Make sure there is nothing pending from ur side. Check with the banker and lawyer to ask if they still need anything from u. If not, let them know u will be eagerly waiting for ur pad.

Yea wannagetbuffed is right, but the ipad is ready after the first disbursement of your loan, not upon signing spa etc etc.. so ...... lets hope our developer fast hand fast legs bring in the machineries la !
