y u take it? bcoz of free spa n ipad? ipad (1499) n spa(if ur pruchase price is 280k, den is around 2.5k) juz cost u total 4k...

but ur -2.5 and -2.4 different more than 15k different total compare -2.1

Loan submitted like 2-3 weeks still no news? What kind of bank is this, if rejected at least give a courtesy call or employ someone to make the calls.

Even OCBC, PBB all like this. Disappointing.
