actly i dun understand..how would u said it is 370psf now? if u take the most expensive unit, den it might 370psf....i guess the correct 1 that we shd said is up to 370psf..even if we took jimmy price..316000/1023..it shd b around 310 too...same goes to my unit, priceis 283k, increase to 313k..1012sf...only 310psf...how would u all said is 370psf?
kochin...starting price for 3rd floor unit during soft launch 12/13 May was 28xk so still consider exp if compare to us who grab during soft launch... |
