my ambank banker just call and say legal fee cannot include to loan amount anymore (apply to all bank?)...
but mrta is optional of cz i choose not to take mrta |

HI, i m new user. anybody have loan 50% bank, and 50% by cash ? refer to SA if 100% by cash then can get back the 4% DIBS from developer, now i m going to loan 50% from bank, anyone know that i can get back DIBS rebate or not? thanks

Cannot be, as developer is still gonna foot the later stages of interest for you still.
