you can go visit any agent or reseller to upgrade...or i think go tm point...

once you submit the form..wait a few days...contractor will come visit your house and test your line...if can...they will upgrade for you...if your line bad..i think no lor...

I used to have closed to 4MB download speed, now the network of my area starting to get crowded. one year after signing up,i only get 3.2x.
i want to potong the line already

Finally after all that complaints, in 2 mths time I got my line today and tested 4mbps its fine but haven't really test for whole day, only switched on a while only just now when contractor came in

First time on 4mbps...hope can get good download speed later on

download rate with idm constant around 500-550kB/s, but streaming youtube seem a lil bit slow, is it normal?
