ic,thx for d info. even tho the technician still haven't came yet still d d/load speed currently rose up to 220Kb/s constantly but only when i open up youtube.

still haven't tested on d/loading other stuffs yet, maybe i'll ask d technician later smile.gif

since national day line became obtuse
download speed still same but when loading page is very very slow
play online game get unstable ping and delay,haiz
any solution ? keep spam call to tm or skmm? lol

Why spam call? Just call them to report connectivity problem, and wait.

Because I called many times already but problem still not solve yet.
Ask me do speedtest,get below 450 kbps download & 2x kbps upload and said it's normal icon_rolleyes.gif

Do a speedtest and put the result image here, try to ping to lowyat.net using command prompt and put the result here.

sweat.gif certainly no problem with your connection to router.. Hmm how bout posting your SNR Margin here which you can get from router page, do you share internet?

just try and see..probably no...

but i try before between 384kbps and 1Mbps account switch...that one works...

i just upgraded to 4mbps from 1mbps but i just realized i couldnt change the dns server to opendns or google dns....what happen ?
