Mine depends on which speedometer. if test with TM speedometer only around 388kbps. If using P1 or other speedtest might get around 415kbps.

I just got 4MB streamyx package...

but when i try the speedtest, i only got 2.90mb to 3.20 mb...

what the standard download per/sec each file for 4mb package?

i only got 300-420kbps, is it ok?

P/s: sorry for my poor english...

Maybe they capped your port speed at 4mbps, that's why you only get 2.9-3.2mbps. you can check in your modem status how much they cap your download speed.

4mbps can get 400-500kbps

Added on April 30, 2011, 3:40 pmTry call him again. The best bet is to ask your installer upgrade to 5120kbps. If call 100 sure difficult to ask them increased download especially if your speed already achieved 3.2mbps and above.
