Basically what can I see is there are three "transaction" done on your account on the same day, which is 25 Nov 2011...

First, you terminate your line, and it seems your jumper is located on the street cabinet (by the green F sign there)..
Then the new installation process are made by TM, and your jumper suddenly change maybe from the fiber cabinet into the direct copper line to the exchange...

Lastly, it seems that there are some problems regarding your port, because the RED X mark available on your jumper status. You better call the mr Desmond and asked him what is the problem for your port... Or maybe they've done some 'mistakes' on the system... because you said that your 4Mbps application are succeed but why the SAMS status shows like that... hmm.gif

Hmm.. I think on your case, you need to ask TM why the technician seems "refuse" to come to your house... And again, maybe your jumper is not done yet.. Worst case scenario, your port are not capable to 4Mbps... because the jumper status is red "X" mark which indicate there are something wrong with the port...

hmm..actually the man name ahmad was waste my time,already contact him,ask him the reason why not come to my house...just give excuse not feeling very well on that day...i ask for the mc,he told me no mc...

i had apply upgrade on 23nov,with the first oppointment on 29nov....waiting two days and no news about installer on that day and the next day..until i sent him text message last night,he promised to came on this evening..but suddenly was take over by other install man...i was forced to delay my holiday with family until today...what the worse situation here...

arrrr....can not hold up anymore...tomorrow going to holiday with family until jan...

If you want to go to somewhere, it's better if you contact the technician and make a request to postpone the appointment...

The first one is terminated mayb because the first time technician came it didn't work. But weird there is green F sign. Funny thing i also don't know this Desmond guy. The technician that came was Joseph. Also, why would they change from fibre to copper as noted from green F to green tick.
Right now i've just checked on speedtest and it showed 3.5 Mbps. Lol, this is weird.

my current plan is RM88 1mbps long time back until now..
bill everymonth is RM88 + RM25 telephone rentals

does this 4mbps plan RM140 covers rental?

anyone can clarifies this that their bill every month comes RM140 nett?
