for my case after technical said will take about 1 week to get speed from 1mb to 4mb but after technical balik i restart modem and pc can get 4mb already sometime to 4.5mb

i already upgrade to 4mb, but TM never give me free modem , they said i already have "riger wireless modem" and extend another 2 year waranty, i don't like this "riger modem" so can i request TM change to new d-link modem™ ?

I use vpnv6.com direct set vpn inside my router now i can access to china , hong kong website and also watch online TV without any problem

Added on December 30, 2011, 5:25 pmbefore i also 1m goto tmpoint ask your area still got extra port for 4m or not if not do another complain direct to telekom not tmpoint. at the same time also compain to mcmc sure can get 4m port . my friend malaysia now at rusia they paid rm65 get 24m
