Bought from razerzone, I think you have to send to Singapore razer or Hong kong. Email razerzone ppl and ask them. I think zandara can help you. He claimed before.

QUOTE(yaphong @ Jun 20 2011, 12:00 AM) Normally they will ask you to send Razer AP in Singapore. If you are planning to ship there, it may cost a boom If razer support approved for RMA, they will send you a RMA code via your email and attach with the RMA code together with the faulty product. |

The real risk is not buying from Razer but buying Razer branded controller. I am rather disappointed that it developed problem after 2 months and I dont even use it frequently.applies to everything anyway from handphones, cameras etc. really not worth the hassle just to save abit. |

There is an advantage too such as once you are approved for RMA, immediately they will send the a new replacement unit next day after received the defect units. They use Fedex for shipping so approximately 1 day working to reach your house. No need like waiting couple of weeks or months for local warranty. This is what i had experienced before. This post has been edited by zandara: Jun 20 2011, 11:33 PM |

Look what i had received today.
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « After few mins of usage. Pros: -Indeed the optical sensor can reduce or minimize the lift off z-axis issue. The driver itself has the option of surface calibration which I guess the function is to deactivate all the tracking of the laser sensor ( the laser sensor off? Cut off? not sure) from the mousepad and depends how high your lift off your mouse and it can be adjustable for lift off distance. The blue LED will fades into lighter blue which means the mouse is lifted off from the surface and deactivated the laser sensor. The laser sensor is still the same, PTE. The optical sensor can be turn off and turning back to normal Imperator with z-axis issue -The surface of the mouse is same with Razer Deathadder black edition which is matte surface on top and rubberized contoured for the side grip and the bottom surface which is good to avoid scratches. - Ergonomic right-handed design ( which is my first ergo mouse Cons : -And also the cons for the optical sensor (LOL WTF?!). When you lift off from the surface and put it down on your mousepad, the laser sensor reactivate and it will DELAY! LOL! like 0.5 sec. As it mentioned in razerzone description about the 4g and the cursor will freezes. Imagine if you are delay or freeze for 0.5 sec in FPS game, what happen next? Conclusion: Overall it is good for gripping ergo mouse. Most of you thinking of it is marketing strategy for 4g sensor but I would say Yes. Why yes? I cant see the usage of the optical sensor to reduce the z-axis lift off issue since it will delay after reactivate. Great it had used the same material surface as DA blackedition with better feel of gripping the mouse. All of the comment are base on my personal point of view. Sorry for the bad english and have fun! Razer Imperator 2012 and Razer Armadillo 2 This post has been edited by zandara: Jun 22 2011, 05:10 PM |
