Razer support just replied my email saying either I can cut my Onza controller and send the photo or I can go for traditional RMA.

Anyone experience this before?

Cut means cut the USB cable.

As for Razer Onza case, the RMA process have 2 type, one is traditional another is to cut the cord and show picture of the cord and serial number.

1. Traditional, send back your Onza, get replacement

2. Cut the Onza cord, take picture of the cord and serial number and email them. Then they will send a replacement. You get to keep the defect one and get a new one.

Why?

They never tell anything. But I assume, that they don't need the defect unit. So they just simply send you a new one. The cutting procedure is just for them to make sure your Onza is genuinely defected as your claim, because once you cut the Onza cord, it will be done for.

Your wish. You need to pay for the shipping fees iirc. Try ask zandara. He did rma through razerzone before. Need to send to razer Singapore iinm.

any common defects for naga? im quite worry bout this cause naga got the most keys

eerrr, not really Imperator is much more shorter and the hump is not that big.

The transformer edition existed quite sometime back iirc. Like I mentioned before, you only can see it at china razerzone website. Here is the source. The website only got the bumble bee(Yellow color) and Megatron(Sliver color) DA and also the Razer Abyssus Transformer edition.

those were the 1800dpi versions right?
