There is Concord, the pirates just need to attack one salvo of missiles each of them, before they are being Concordokkened. They figured they need 3 Caracals to blast open an Iteron V to get the juicy contents Another Caracal could be standing by in case the 1st 3 suicide runs are not enough.

yea its been known to happen pirates ganking in high sec ..... normally they scan passing ships to see whether its worth it.....i guess dan's itty V with its local hul mods n large quantity of robotics warrant it.....

but theres not much u can do abt it ... i know some ppl who goes in suicide kessies gang who goes around blasting macro miners barges (that i dont mind) but dan case isnt the first n wont be the last...so dan go get an obelisk )

Yes i was planning getting obelisk. But now i have to start all over again so far manage to raised to 100M and i need at least 1B for obelisk and purchasing stocks

No wonder sometimes when i enter jita in my indy i get locked on, but normally i carry just a few stuff i dont have money for big trade and lots of cargo...

My corp, Provenance Security and another corp, Eternal Vendetta Enterprises have been following up on the ganking activities in and around Jita for the past month. We already identified some of the perpetrators and their modus operandi.

The bastards who are most active are those in the CVTEC corp. They hang around high sec systems and identify potential targets especially those in indies. They then follow these targets until low sec systems where their other members would be waiting. The other group is actually guessing the next route that their targets will go so if you are lucky then you'll probably won't encounter them at all if they guessed wrong.

These guys also conduct kamikaze high sec ganking. Bastards!

well not really sure abt those other places but sure is Jita system got them pirates ... since Jita got high volume traffic thats where they would operate from...Sobaseki 1j away from Jita also got high volume traffice but havent heard abt any attacks there .. yet!!

But considering .. its quite interesting on wat these pirates do ... u can lay a trap ie kamikaze an indy with high value loot (in gang ..whose hidden) then wait for them to attack then concord come blow them up then they come backin their pickup ship n u can blow them away.... ...hmm wonder if that would work n also prolly not worth it but wat the heck just enjoy pvp inhigh sec without needing to wardec any1
