As for Annual Fee call CS anytime Request Waiver from them
But, It should be AF Waiver due to 12x swipes a Year

Anyway, They already Credit Back $100 for Mastercard Gold... still Waiting for Visa $100 Cash Back (Mine one was the 1st (April Batch) of the Promo)... yawn.gif yawn.gif yawn.gif

Is the subsequent year GST offset is automatically or you have to call them? Is the offset used by HSBC points? Because I notice that with around 10,000 points (meaning 10k spent), you can use that points to offset the GST

Your points last 3 years!
Accumulate your Reward Points for up to 3 years! Assuming you renew your account every 1st January, here's an example of how long your Reward Points will last.
Reward points earned in the period of:-
1 Jan 2012 - 31 Dec 2012 - Expiry Date: 31 Dec 2015*
1 Jan 2013 - 31 Dec 2013 - Expiry Date: 31 Dec 2016*
1 Jan 2014 - 31 Dec 2014 - Expiry Date: 31 Dec 2017*

And so on...

*Based on card opened month
