If buying for own stay, and working in Shah Alam north, or sg Buloh up to Kepong OK lah.

Quite 'quiet', nearest place to shop is Alam Jaya (got one new, big and clean Econsave) 3 km away. Nearest McD 4 km away.
Otherwise gotta go Sg Buloh.

Future developments will depend on how Puncak Alam and Sg Buloh expand.
If Tesco really set up one in Puncak Alam, then got chance. So far rumours only.

Basically the surroundind area has Desa Coalfields, Suajana Utama, Sri Pristina and Puncak Alam as major residential areas.

Is this 85 units different than Duranta? Or it is corner lot? Which part of the land it sit at BSC? Can I view the show house?

Yes these 85units are different design and build up.

Corner lot is bigger build up 3079sf with 28x75 land compared to 2423sf with 24x75 land.

This phase is next to Duranta.

We only have sales gallery at Menara KLK, Mutiara Damansara.
