Quite 'quiet', nearest place to shop is Alam Jaya (got one new, big and clean Econsave) 3 km away. Nearest McD 4 km away.
Otherwise gotta go Sg Buloh.

Future developments will depend on how Puncak Alam and Sg Buloh expand.
If Tesco really set up one in Puncak Alam, then got chance. So far rumours only.

Basically the surroundind area has Desa Coalfields, Suajana Utama, Sri Pristina and Puncak Alam as major residential areas.

So wait and see how KLK push the value up.

One thing is KLK did not provide popular features like linear gardens etc. for the early phases. Only want to build more houses.....
