The workmanship they provide is very satisfying.
Those who keep compliant its very far from prime areas last time might regret now

QUOTE(ceveori @ Nov 6 2012, 08:18 PM) Near or far is very subjective. Some who stay in Coalfields and work in KL might think it's not very far. 35km from KL centre is still acceptable. Unless you work in Cyberjaya, then it's not feasible. Added on November 6, 2012, 8:35 pmFor a normal family, save RM200-300k on house is quite a lot. The only sacrifice is the additional 15km drive when you travel to KL. This post has been edited by InF.anime: Nov 6 2012, 08:36 PM |

KLK's phase 1 launched 2001 end, handed over end of 2003. the quality was above average. Yes, as some earlier comment in this blog. KLK attended to every defects i commented, `i've no complaints to their attitude.
Majority of phase I house owners were Chinese at the beginning, no sure now. As i made a recent visit to the house and area, appx 50% of residents are Malay, i think most are tenants. cos still no amenities enough to serve chinese community. if SDC turns out to a successful project, i believe chinese will move there, then the area will be "Onng and huat". it very much depends on the KLK's strategy, to me KLK is too low profile in "value added" means to Desa coalfield. No SRJK©, no banks moved in so far. I hope KLK could improve this part to add in value, like SP setia to Setia Alam. I own the phase I desa coalfield corner lot till now. any1 who is interested can pm me. 22x65 (+20' extended land). This post has been edited by cket: Dec 15 2012, 01:36 AM |

Went there the other day. Frankly speaking, it's quite far. But it still depends on the individual. If you're someone rarely go out or like to stay at home, I guess should be okay.
