what do you mean refresh? or you mean update? gmail wont change much lah...and once a while, you probably need to enable Tmobile/Verizon to update it, or any other US-centric apps.

refresh as in sync with gmail. i.e. pulling email from gmail server onto the phone. not talking about updating the gmail app itself.

why not? you just have to go to account sync and set it properly

There is NO WARRANTY for WATER DAMAGE.

i heard there is 2 version of defy
one with red camera lens and the other one with green camera lens
i heard that the one with red camera lens can use most custom rom while green cannot run custom rom
any idea pls?
i scare i got green version...and i cannot ask the seller whether it is green or red...

just look into the camera lens you can already see green or red. i think most of us here has the green one right? at least i know i have

huh? no idea what are you talking about. i also dunno mine got red or green color lens (didn't know this even existed at all). got to ask the experts on this.... this is new to me.

Mine is green.. sad lo..
but so far, can use most of those great ROM as CM7, MIUI, Pays.
only some ROMs cant use..
which is no problem..

and RED lens pict quality is better than Green one.. read somewhere..

My Defy is green len, I always take photos and video with it. Nice and happy ^ ^

My wife's Defy is red len, but seldom take photos and video. Some how .. i notice the screen got some color line during camera/video mode. But so far the photo output no problem. Will see after change ROM will fix it or not.. still ORI 2.1-update 1.
