better get uk ROM..

safer than china rom coz quite few ppl post that their flash LED dead after using china ROM

power+vol up can?

Wat about power up + volume up? You can get into bootloader mode to flash new sbf. If your battery is too low, you have to find a way to charge the battery. Either find a friend who has a defy to ask him help charge it or you can try mcgyver method (you can ask blackswicthkl on how to do it as he done it before).

Is your battery ok? Got battery?

Haiz...now only come out...i think a lot of people who is using Gingerbread will not be interested in going back to froyo anymore.

You need to let us know what u have done and not done in order for us to help u. Give us the details and we may be able to help.

Try to flash a new sbf. Dont use china sbf. It will break ur flash light. You can power on your phone? If not means your battery dont have power. Once you can on the phone it can be fix.

42-800 too low. try 50-800 or 52-800

75%-85%

u may try other setting 

if using froyo and above, auto task killer is actually a waste of time, and in a way, might even use more battery cos apps keep restarting and auto killer keep killing

why? what would you accomplish in knowing that? to me, its almost like comparing apple to oranges. first off, defy is consider a mid range phone versus iphone, which is a high end phone. it's better to compare SGS2 or Nexus S with Ip4. secondly, defy that will be used to compare against ip4 will likely be a stock 2.1 or 2.2, thus ip4 sure whack it kau kau. it's very unlikely someone will do a benchmark of CM7 defy against ip4, since CM7 is not a standard ROM, and also still buggy.

perhaps you can do one and post?

after all that's been said and done, i still prefer using my defy than iphone4 (i bought my gf one) cos in terms of user friendly-ness, i think android is still more user friendly. the one button crap on ip4 takes some getting used to

i wont really say kau kau lah, but notable difference lor. with cm7, i think use experience much better, but then again, very subjective, cos different user different expectation.
