Heh, you're lucky man.. I tried to connect my STB to my TV tuner but sadly I got picture and no sound coming out(line in totally disabled cannot slide to adjust). I'm not sure if it's driver problem or TM side. Once I change a new computer, I will try to install the latest driver and see how it goes. Fingers crossed

easy... direct plug the RCA( the yellow, red and White) connector to ur TV see have Picture and sound or not then u know is who's problem...

but cannot slide to adjust mean your TV card problem with the software dy.. not the STB...

It's not my TV card problem for sure. More like I suspect the STB somehow disabled it.

halo... trying to disable the DIR 615 punya wifi...i try to downgrade to 705b but failed... is there a ay to disable it in 709 and do bridge?

Why there is no Youtube in interactive channel? It is my unifi problem or youtube channel not launch yet?

What method did you use in your attempt to downgrade?
The right way is to use the 'emergency room' mode.

i heard that unifi speed is the best so far.. but for 1 person... rm150 seems not worth it... i rarely use the internet but yet i need the best speed for browsing... huhu.. thinking about to switch my digi broadband to unifi... hmmm....

Did u enable line-in from your windows sound control panel?
i think that's most likely the reason why it is being grey-ed out.

Why need to downgrade? i followed all the steps in the guide but i'm using 7.09 version. And i do have wifi disabled with VLAN bridge in my DIR 615

can any1 provide step by step on how to access the unifi modem (aka black box)?

i tried the following:

1) connect directly to my PC LAN port
2) set static ip
3) after set, type in the gateway ip into browser, but not found.

It highly depends on how much you value a fast line and no need to fear lighting strike (For those with fiber)
I am using VIP20 and my line are idle most of the time anyway. Don't know what to download already.

Yes... using emergency room... it loaded about few seconds then the page refreshed with page not found... when I refresh, it just go back to emergency page.

I just download the 7.05b and try to upload...but failed. So I have to stop as been work on it few hours dah...hehehe

Have to stop, so my family can still use the internet. Hopefully tonite can try again.

Added on June 3, 2011, 9:08 amFX.. mind to share how you did it in 7.09... for temporary, I just nak use my own router the Asus. (until the firmware is out) and DIR 615 as VLAN bridge.

Step by step (snapshot would be great too) for where and how to configure. Hope this can be a guideline / reference for any others.

Seriously, i did nothing extraordinary. All i did was follow exactly as rizvanrp's guide here http://unifi.athena.my/custom_routers.html using the manual method (method2). Don't go for method 1 since the firmware version is different.

but Rizvanrp did states
"This new firmware is a little buggy so you may or may not be able to utilize it for 'VLAN bridging' (as described in Method 2 of this guide)"
So i guess need to depends on luck as well. Usual things with TM's product : Luck

lol same..even if wanna download all HD videos, need more hard disk space.
