Hi,

I doubt CM3-4PM sufficient for 4 bathrooms...usually that is recommended for 2-3 bathrooms only. Also depends on the showers you have..if you are not using any rain shower..just small 4" shower heads..then it should be sufficient.

I have the anti vibration pad if you need it still.

Cheers thumbup.gif

Guys, my water pump doesn't stop pumping water, just installed it last week and I noticed that my water meter just keep on running, there must be some leak somewhere but I didn't see any water mark for the time being. Any method to detect the leakage?

To check pump problem or leaking problem, turn off the ball valve at the pump's outlet, if stop means pipe problem. Then, open back the ball valve and turn off all the stop valve in your bathrooms c whether it stops, if it does that means one of the bathroom got problem. Turn back on the stopvalve for 1 bathroom only, wait for 3-5 min to c whether the pump is running or not, if no then continue to the next bathroom.

Thanks a lot! Got it! It is from my master bedroom toilet. Going to get developer to rectify it. Just want to know, is our house piping not strong enough to stand the pressure? I find it weird that my plumber told me not to tell the developer that I have a newly installed pump as the developer will blame my pump. Is installing water pump void our house warranty?

It shouldn't be an issu with having a pressure booster pump running along a water heater built in pump. The only matter is that since the volume of water is greater than what the heating element can heat, it will not be warm enough smile.gif
Otherwise, have a blast!!

It maybe have problem with the pressure build up may damage the internal parts. If they put the warning it must have its reason.

Bro, I'm planning to buy a pump . I saw some pump with a round tank on top of its motor as per the attached image . What's the difference between this type & the ones that don't have the round plastic tank?

The sales guy got demo and explain to me.
The pump with air tank will not start immediately once you use water. It only start 30 - 60 sec after turn on ur water tab. n feel less vibration.
The pump without air tank will start immediately once you use water. n feel more vibration. (pump will turn on even u just wash hand for 2 sec)

So I get the pump with air tank.

By the way, we need to pump in air to maintain the pressure (psi) of the air tank yearly. (If no more air in tank...then ur pump will rosak)

Hope this info helps u...
