Because the seedz just beside the rainz only in the plan. The rainz smallest 1513sf with 530psf after discount. I think the seedz will have smaller built up area maybe less than 1000sf

The Rainz with RM 550 psf is consider cheap compare to KM1 East RM690psf (big size condo).

surprising big size condo Rainz selling so fast with RM800k to RM1mil price.

Ya, saw their sales chart. Most of the ppl now have accepted the current market price range, and that also shows that our country's economy is getting better n better.

yup this area of location will definitely be oversupply after completion of all the high rise..but i am pretty confident it will achieve high occupancy after all has been layout

after all it has all one needs
plus TPM tht area has a large piece of land, hope that it would be translated to areas of potential

eg

see OUG parklane as example.. very near, about same size land and units.. just entry price are different, btw, developers still holding units after VP maybe around 10% of total 4550 units?

they also targetting the LRT extension in front the PPR flats, dunno how high is the density there?

The big supply is both a treat and an opportunity.

I tend to think it's an opportunity if each supply plays well in their own market.

yup around 2k Low to middle class by prasarana..
all these in a way would provide the population needed to support the commercial growth of BJ
a symbiotic relationship la i would think..

commerce needs population...population attracted to commercial areas

bad point would be ..i dont know the area would handle the people once every project completed with high rate of occupancy...probably jam jam jam
