Another lelong unit sold yesterday. This time is owner still occupied unit.
But doesnt seems to affect the demand here. Attracted 5 bidders fight. From 891K. Sold at 1.015M. Last round reserve price was at 990K and yet nobody interested. As usual.  |

I think this condo is overpriced la, rental almost as same as The Z & CG. Slightly atas a bit only. Surrounded by too many medium cost condo.
