Another lelong unit sold yesterday. This time is owner still occupied unit.
But doesnt seems to affect the demand here.
Attracted 5 bidders fight. From 891K.
Sold at 1.015M. Last round reserve price was at 990K and yet nobody interested. As usual.

I think this condo is overpriced la, rental almost as same as The Z & CG. Slightly atas a bit only. Surrounded by too many medium cost condo.

personal thought, if you dont use LRT too frequent, the same amount of money can get a better property near by.

2014 cheapest first phase early buyer 820k ( some bought at 1 million perhaps ? . Today 2023 . 850k -950k Property is a lousy investment . Buy for own stay ok 👌
