Guess the developer engaged a research firm to conduct a survey n bet the result shows that there's huge unstapped market on high income families. Bukit Jalil has almost everything that the family wants- Chinese / international schools, music learning centers, recreational park, golf club, neighborhood mall, national sports arena (sometimes u may meet the national players around there brows.gif ), low to high end restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, western, middle eastern, etc). N this place connects to major highways. I personally find that this location is even better than DPC, BU.

Agree bro. Well said. I'm staying in Bukit Jalil now and work in KLCC. It's very close to KL and during workdays I can just take the train to work. The park and golf course really gives the area a nice green feel. For makan etc kuchai has plenty of low-mid Chinese food. Sri petaling now has most of the low-mid-high choices. Even premium Korean chains like Bonga have opened in Sri Petaling. Sri Petaling has 3 Coffee shops now that serves good lattes etc. I'm very excited by the new japanese specialty coffee shop in Sri Petaling. Normally all these yuppie cafes are a sign of an areas gentrification or increasing class.

Sri Petaling new shops just completed. Hopefully Sri Petaling shops will be the new Solaris  and BJ will be the new Mont Kiara.

Ya, saw their sales chart. Most of the ppl now have accepted the current market price range, and that also shows that our country's economy is getting better n better.

Went there to look see, personal opinion is too many rooms make the unit looks not so spacious...but the psf price is attractive.

This project mainly targets 4 family members n above. If u r still single, it definitely won't attract u.
