Psf before discount is how much ah?

Buy low, sell high mindset is everyone's dream. Just pray Msia economy keeps going up. Else, both buyer and seller got to "eat grass". Bukit Jalil few years down the road is a happening hotspot at KL south as you can see big players are coming in to make things happen such as Hohup, Malton, Berjaya, WCT etc, better connectivity such as KIDEX, SKIP, Ampang LRT extension. Don't worry about the jam, the more jam of the place, the more "ONG" (hokkien).

Don't care whoever developer or whatever project, I am keen to know when the psf at this area will reach RM1000psf. before wawasan 2020 or after 2020 or forever never happen.

Thanks for the info. Coz Z Residence address is jalan jalil perwira 2, only have to wait till completion of The Rainz then can drive thru. Then perwira 1 hVe to wait around 2016 after the completion of ampang lrt extension completion.
