based on the price, quite hard for youngsters to buy la actually...

my take on this project is that this rainz caters more for family..it would be hard in malaysia since most people are still of conservative way of thinking...paying that much my as well get a landed to stay. the concept of condo family living will still be hard to be accepted by most people anyway.

If can't afford then wait for the seedz around the rainz..
Every project of exsim sold out will come out new project show room.. Petalz 2013, expressionz 2014, rainz 2014, seedz mid 2015 maybe, Grapez 2016

It won't be. Meaning if one can't afford rainz, also cannot afford seedz lar.

Well if people have other properties to sell off to roll the money, that's a different story.

Because the seedz just beside the rainz only in the plan. The rainz smallest 1513sf with 530psf after discount. I think the seedz will have smaller built up area maybe less than 1000sf

depends on built up i supposed, PSF i would think defnitely be more expensive than rainz..

The rainz really cheap. Just the built up area is too big. With the 530psf price you get a lot of freebie

Don't care whoever developer or whatever project, I am keen to know when the psf at this area will reach RM1000psf. wink.gif before wawasan 2020 or after 2020 or forever never happen.

The Rainz with RM 550 psf is consider cheap compare to KM1 East RM690psf (big size condo).

surprising big size condo Rainz selling so fast with RM800k to RM1mil price.
