OUG parklane is near but not so near to this area. I couldn't be bothered with it.

Not so worth it as density is alot more than surrounding development.. 125 person per acre while others only 80 - 100 person per acre.. greedy developer trying to max their profits.. bruce.gif

fear is the same too, investors bought around 300k a 850+ service apartments now cannot sell more than 420k, reason being developers still selling 420k with freebies and legal fees..

just immediately out from there, there are tiara mutiara 1 just vp, and tiara mutiara 2 launching small sardines apartments, not to forget before tiara mutiara 2 there is another condo dunno what name..

the rest of stretch is damm dense..

Different market segments. PPR is there to give it's contracts to the neighbouring developments. Furthermore, even if one envies the PPR prices, also cannot get. It's not bad at all compare to the money people paid for it.

of course own stay no problem, rental games also no problem , just how much you need to cover loans.. nevertheless today no properties from developers are loan coverable , pay a bit consider owning a property..

commercial areas must go up.. but like bkt jalil vista komanwell's A,B, & c not much commercial activities , all located in Jalan radin annum there, carrefour there.. quite a stretch..

they are selling 500k to 900k due to students demands especially vista B rentals goes up to 3k.. could be a great analogy, they had station too sri petaling last station for now, after extension nope

Yes there will be road from perkasa 1, along the LRT track ( station ext no 1 ).

Jalil perwira 2 is the inner road between KR1 and bukit oug.

Jalil perwira 1 is the road along the LRT from perkasa 1.

Went there to look see, personal opinion is too many rooms make the unit looks not so spacious...but the psf price is attractive.

Thanks for the info. Coz Z Residence address is jalan jalil perwira 2, only have to wait till completion of The Rainz then can drive thru. Then perwira 1 hVe to wait around 2016 after the completion of ampang lrt extension completion.

Quite hard to rent out as individual rooms unless they are students.

Student stay for Rainz ? Hmmm ...... quite challenging.
