Different market segments. PPR is there to give it's contracts to the neighbouring developments. Furthermore, even if one envies the PPR prices, also cannot get. It's not bad at all compare to the money people paid for it.
of course own stay no problem, rental games also no problem , just how much you need to cover loans.. nevertheless today no properties from developers are loan coverable , pay a bit consider owning a property..
commercial areas must go up.. but like bkt jalil vista komanwell's A,B, & c not much commercial activities , all located in Jalan radin annum there, carrefour there.. quite a stretch..
they are selling 500k to 900k due to students demands especially vista B rentals goes up to 3k.. could be a great analogy, they had station too sri petaling last station for now, after extension nope
