I reckon for the price of <600psft for this location, this developer, the products, the facilities provided, it is indeed really a very tempting entry price. I'm sure the price will be adjusted very soon looking at the crowd response today.

This project has indeed dispelled the myth that biggies cannot sell well. Those developers which have problem selling biggies should go back to their own backyard to find out why their biggies have sluggish sales. And those who have bought 14xx sf in ZR/KR1/KR2 now feels that their units are not that big after all.

rm530/sf after discount..this is fh right?...means cheaper than 8Kinrara by InP which was priced at RM600/sf if i'm not mistaken...this look like a better deal..only thing that there is no small unit.. sad.gif

Yea how come no mentioned Freehold or leasehold? Should be the latter one.
Perhaps doesn't matter for investor nowadays.
