I think the additional 2% rebate for existing exsim buyer and his/her 3 friends is applicable for Saturday only. Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks

QUOTE(Chris Chew @ Sep 29 2014, 01:27 AM) Such size and price point, albeit super easy entry but this is RM 1m thingy, not RM 500k with 10-20% disc, thus buyers apply loan also must be diff profile. This 50-60% sales is damm good at today's market, although I believe some units were taken earlier bfore Friday Unit 6, 7 & 8 for all blocks are facing facilities and kl view (and of course facing kesas too Any idea Unit No 7 & 8 is facing where, since most ppl take these units regardless any blocks? But I only know dev recommend 1700+ sq ft to most VVIP and said ther best unit in terms of facing, layout and no of unit per floor. |

QUOTE(chenster @ Oct 8 2014, 01:37 PM) why dont disclose? My friend got 90% from RHB and CIMB. this is his 2nd property... I think as long as our income is stable and can support our commitment, banks are still willing to offer max margin it is just the % of loan approved.. im not asking for how much u r paying etc etc.. cuz i want to roughly gauge the approval rate and i can play around with the depo price.. |
