hahaa may be i expected abit better design for exterior for their project.

Nevertheless, it is only the building model in the show room. Cause maybe only white color so look like normal apartment hahaha. Who knows how it looks when it is done in 2018.

Very nice layout suitable for families, don't have to worry much about rowdy neighbors with this pricing point.

Attractive psf cost with all the promised sky decks - definitely selling a lifestyle here. No need to worry about interior design+furnishing for kitchen

Location and connectivity wise don't even have to think much, Bukit Jalil for what it is today sells by itself

Yeap, suitable for Families, minimum 4rooms+1
Though I find the living hall and master room quite small.
Hard to judge without actual show unit

So generic looking. Just realised that the website, print as, and the brochure don't even have the rendering of the actual building, perhapsthe design is not their best assets lol

Got show unit for 15xx sqft and 19xx sqft only. 17xx sqft apparently almost exactly the same as 19xx sqft so no show unit.

ID as per Exsim projects looks impressive however personally felt the layout makes the place look cramped. Or maybe too many visitors today. tongue.gif

Normal rebate is 15%. Today for VIP they get additional 2% if they pay booking fees meaning VIP today get total 17% discount

Rebate is in stages. 8% can use for downpayment.. so just top up when sign S&P. 4%+2%(VIP+2%) rebate given after 1st and 2nd drawdown respectively. Final 1% rebate given when VP. smile.gif
