From my experience same as shopeepay. I pay on the same day as I pay for shopeepay and both reflected on the same day.

So the only way to make full withdrawal and closing account can be done at branch? Any branch would do or only the main KL branch?

Couldn't find any info related to this in their website

Withdrawal based on first day until last day of the month, not based on cut off date. So it is:-

Do we need to DAFTAR again?

What do you mean stuck?

This SSPN 8k taxable deduction, if you withdraw X amount, you need to replace X amount first before you can claim the 8k again for the year.

That's what the officer tell at the counter when I submit the withdrawal form.

Yes that is correct.
Must hv net contribution for that calender year only can claim tax relief for that calender year.
Ex:
If you withdraw 10k in Feb 24, by end of Dec 24 you hv to deposit in 10k + 8k to qualify for 8k tax relief claim in Arp 25 during submission of your ITR
