That is unethical.
BR should contact SSPN not pester u..the one that should contact u is SSPN to explain to you and provide solution such as if now no money inside SSPN they ask u to put in money so they can credit to BR.

BR may suspend your acc until this is resolved, if they wish.
U can actually file a complaint to BNM about this.

since -1.7k in balance, sort of means SSPN had lend you the money/ overdrafted yr a/c?
will they charge you interest on it if you leave it as -tive for years?

It mentioned this:-
"1) Pengiraan Dividen dikira atas baki terendah setiap bulan dan transaksi sebelum 06hb setiap bulan."

So meaning for example 06/02 - 05/03, on 06/02 I have RM1000, and i deposited RM20k throughout until 05/03, then I only get interest for RM1000 because this is my "baki terendah" for month February?

i think i read before,...money must be in by / on 5th...
you deposit on 6th...thus your RM20k will only start to calculate from 5th of NEXT month...

the ganjaran kesetiaan TnC/FAQ not yet released right? Didn't know if the fund deposited before 30.4 need to stay there for how long to entitle that 1%

you put RM1k , they give you 1% mean RM10
If you don't touch for next 12 months and assume next year dividend for year 2022 3% mean you will get RM30

Total you get will be RM10+RM30 = RM40.......mean return only 4% PA.....
