FOUND: Ganjaran Kesetiaan 2023 dividend 1% don't count in the 2023 dividend because it was credited on 8 Dec 2023. (their cut off is every 5th of the month)

Assuming i have RM10k in SSPN as of 31 Dec 2023. Shouldnt i receive RM360 dividend?

give it a few more days to check...

clear the old cookies, cache, etc

everytime they did something to the portal, the old cookie/cache invalid

this will cause the login to spiral into endless "waktu tamat sesi" cycle

check the transaction, will show, but not reflected in total yet

same here...i top up last Monday, 1st April...until today not yet masuk...need to wait a few more days i hope so...
