Been trying to do eKYC through myPTPTN apps for quite a few times but always failed. Now I got the message saying that to visit kaunter PTPTN.

Is there any other workaround that manually visiting PTPTN office? Such a troublesome KYC process

All my last minute contribution on 31 Dec 2023 now all reflected in myPTPTN website

I just tried to do some depositing via MyPTPTN web but was unable to. It says until further notice.

Can deposit using maybank2u. I did that last year when the sspn system was closed for the new year. deposited on 1st of January 2023 (iirc, the cutoff for dividend calculation was 5th of every month). the amount was reflected and dated 1st January 2023 when the system was back online around 11th January 2023.

I did the same this year. I think it'll work the same.
