I just came back from Sales gallery.
Most of the units of Type A and B ( some say 80, some say 90, some say 240 units ) open tomorrow morning with increase price of RM 20,000.
Existing Type C no increase. But soon another round of opening of Type C release units with unconfirmed increase price ( estimated RM 30,000 )
Everything is very confusing ... lol ...

Normal Type B is 1,259 sq feet. Type B1, B2, B3 and B4 is same floor plan but with slightly bigger size of the balcony or extra balcony at master bedroom.
Type B is 1259 sq feet. Standard and normal layout for majority units. (From Lvl 2-22 )
Type B1 is additional lanai of via master bed room, only for top 5 floors, Size is 1,399 sq feet ( after including the 140 sq feet master bed room lanai )
Only for Level 26,27,28,29 and 30.
Type B2 is additional lanai at ground floor, only for 1st floor. ( the extra lanai is very huge , cant remember the size )
Type B3 ( 1,295 sq feet ) and B4 ( 1,276 sq feet ) is additional bigger balcony compare to Type B @ 1259 sq feet. Floor plan all same. Same goes to Type A and it's A1, A2, A3, and A4. For Type B3 ( balcony bigger by 36 sq feet, is for level 23, 23A and 25 ) B4 if not mistaken, only available at Tower 1 and 2 ( only 1 unit each floor )
Sample of pricing for 12xx sq feet for your comparison against ZR ( Correct pricing after additional RM 20,000 )
6th Floor @ Type B @ 1,259 sq feet selling at RM 575,400 ( RM 425 per sq feet after 7% discount )
15th Floor @ Type B4 @ 1,276 sq feet selling at RM 598,800 ( RM 436 per sq feet after 7% discount )
25th Floor @ Type B3 @ 1,295 sq feet selling at RM 618,500 ( RM 444 per sq feet after 7% discount )
If not mistaken, ZR was launched at RM 310 per sq feet last year and slightly increased and increased. Now, I think after discount is RM 450 psf. 2 weeks ago, i was told from RM 440+ psf after 7% discount.
