It's a good idea too if you wanna a huge kitchen area.

Else, you can use it as utility or store room instead of maid room.

Hehe.

3 years more. Slowly save the money and enjoy the renovation.

Haha, earlier on, when i 1st visit the sales gallery, i was also confuse how come got Type A, A1 2 and 3, then B, B1 2 and 3 and C and so on ...

Worst still, their brochure looks class but no much info inside ...

Like that also can sold out fast, salute! flex.gif

I only understand more details after i visit 2-3 times ...


lol ...

But for own stay, Type C definitely has the best option ....

Anyway, pricing speaks it all, a RM 550k ish against RM 660k ish ... your's Type B also has premium to be only 1 unit per floor ... not to mention Type B4, slightly bigger by few sq fts and I think not more than 5 units per tower ...

You have any idea how many units of Type B4 per tower ? High floor?

hi guys, i received an email regarding final release of KR2. it seems the developer added 1 new freeby: free service charge (maintenance fee??) for 1 year upon VP. are we old-booking fellows entitled to it as well?

I afraid we can't hack the maid room wall due to the structural safety of a condo. like my apartment, we are not allowed to even drill a hole because of the shear wall...

Hey Bro Chung, thanks for your update. I'm curious to know what this offer is about, will check for details and update you guys.

With regards to hacking, certain wall can be hack as long not supporting beam structures, that also depends on individual condo policy against hacking too. I did put up a thread on my past reno, I've hacked my kitchen wall to create more space, my current unit is only about 1100 sq feet. This is the thread to give you some idea what I have done.

Just called one of the SA regarding this latest promotion, was told the free upgrade is only a gimmick...aiks. He mentioned sumthing like free carpark...lolx, full bags of tricks as usual.

Hi Puchong, total reno inclusive of furnishing came to about 170+ K. Guess it's better reply under reno thread, later people say I hijack KR2. brows.gif

Wahh spent RM 170k Reno for a condo. That's a very huge amount. Total Reno with ID design.

For me, sure nvr spend more than RM 50k Reno per 1200 sq ft. Exclude furniture.

KR2 details always confusing. Shock at the RM 20k and RM 63k things. Lol.

Need to go over and ask again.

Hi Bro Chris, those people from sales office have no idea about this promotion thingy, they're practically clueless when I ask about 1 year free service charge upon VP.

The reason why I spent this much on my reno is due to termites infestation (Entire unit). Design that place myself as to save some money.

I received the invitation mail too, wonder how much is the entry price.. 560k for 1.2k sf? Price is more expensive than ZR but developers giving more freebies and DIBS

I just came back from Sales gallery.

Most of the units of Type A and B ( some say 80, some say 90, some say 240 units ) open tomorrow morning with increase price of RM 20,000.

Existing Type C no increase. But soon another round of opening of Type C release units with unconfirmed increase price ( estimated RM 30,000 )

Everything is very confusing ... lol ...

Normal Type B is 1,259 sq feet. Type B1, B2, B3 and B4 is same floor plan but with slightly bigger size of the balcony or extra balcony at master bedroom.

Type B is 1259 sq feet. Standard and normal layout for majority units. (From Lvl 2-22 )

Type B1 is additional lanai of via master bed room, only for top 5 floors, Size is 1,399 sq feet ( after including the 140 sq feet master bed room lanai )
Only for Level 26,27,28,29 and 30.

Type B2 is additional lanai at ground floor, only for 1st floor. ( the extra lanai is very huge , cant remember the size )

Type B3 ( 1,295 sq feet ) and B4 ( 1,276 sq feet ) is additional bigger balcony compare to Type B @ 1259 sq feet. Floor plan all same. Same goes to Type A and it's A1, A2, A3, and A4. For Type B3 ( balcony bigger by 36 sq feet, is for level 23, 23A and 25 ) B4 if not mistaken, only available at Tower 1 and 2 ( only 1 unit each floor )


Sample of pricing for 12xx sq feet for your comparison against ZR ( Correct pricing after additional RM 20,000 )

6th Floor @ Type B @ 1,259 sq feet selling at RM 575,400 ( RM 425 per sq feet after 7% discount )

15th Floor @ Type B4 @ 1,276 sq feet selling at RM 598,800 ( RM 436 per sq feet after 7% discount )

25th Floor @ Type B3 @ 1,295 sq feet selling at RM 618,500 ( RM 444 per sq feet after 7% discount )


If not mistaken, ZR was launched at RM 310 per sq feet last year and slightly increased and increased. Now, I think after discount is RM 450 psf. 2 weeks ago, i was told from RM 440+ psf after 7% discount.
