KNOX is their consultant for sales and marketing.... The developer is Kiara Resources Properties Sdn Bhd.. All projects in KNOX website are not developed by this developer..

But Sierra Residency II's floor plan is the same as Kiara Residence 2.. could be the same developer but using another company name..

went to the site to survey.. there is a 2 storey community hall in between the project and the LRT track.

Heard that because this project is under DIBS, each bank has allocated only certain amount of loan.. Once exceeded the limit, getting loan might take a longer time or the bank might not even offer the loan.

Not many owners discussing about this project here.. I have applied for loan but so far no news yet.. Most probably will only know end of this month.. That's what the bank officer told me.. Anyone applied for loan and approved?

I applied all 3 banks too.. Was told that alliance bank is the most lenient among all 3 banks.. And uob is very strict..

Mine is Tower 1 facing LRT.. Hopefully not that noisy since there is a community hall in between the LRT track and Tower 1..

Which has higher noise level? Facing kesas or facing lrt? Facing lrt will only experience loud noise during lrt operation hours. After midnight, it will be quiet.. anyone experience staying nearby lrt? Is it really that noisy?

Are you guys purchasing for own stay?

I experience staying in a unit facing mrr2.. Windows must always be closed.

I received 3 to 5 calls today asking me to attend the "preview booking" for kr2.. Starting tomorrow till sunday.. Only limited unit available..

Its on the 19th floor.. and it is on a slight bend where cars will accelerate and brake often.. Since kr 2 is facing a straight road, should be ok? Not very sure about that..

but yesterday i can see kiara 2 progress is quite aggressive as compared to kiara 1.

Is savanna also walking distance to the LRT? From the map, i think it's quite far.. 15 mins walk?

Wow..i didn't know that rental can go up to rm2xxx/rm3xxx per month.. All the while I thought can only fetch rm1500.. I don't think working individuals are willing to pay this amount. Who are you targeting? Rent to foreigner?

Guys.. Any idea on the material used? From the layout plan, I can see that all rooms are wood flooring.. What about the windows?? Will it get some tint? Hopefully the s&p will explain all these...

Which bank are you referring to? Uob? Or all the other banks as well?

You still can't sign the S&P.. Will have to wait for the developer to finalised the S&P. if your loan has been approved, you will be given 2 weeks to accept and the availability period is usually for few months.once exceeded the availability period, we will have to ask the bank for extension..

Uob verbally approved my loan @ 80% margin.. Alliance still pending finalisation on the loan package.

The Bukit Jalil area is a place which I pass by every week. I do not think I am so blinded to not notice KR1/2 to be higher than Kesas. And I just came back from that area just now, I can specifically confirm that it is definitely not a case of KR1/2 being higher than Kesas.

I been to the site before.. It's definitely lower than kesas.. Just slightly lower.. No worries though.. Never heard of kesas being flooded..

But I never realise there is a river/drain in front of it.. probably will go and have a look again..
