Ok, just noted that there will be RM15,000 undertable needed by the agent or so-called insider arrangement. As such, would like to propose we boycott or banned this project to avoid feeding such greedy agents.

Do you think you could succeed with such a call for boycott ? The insider job system was there in KR1 and nothing has happened to the agents and the insiders, all of them pocketed the money and laughing all the way to the bank.

With such current economic situations where developers are started to giving freebies and more discounts to attract buyers, only fools will be paying undertable to get a unit there. I think lesson must be given to these unscrupulous agents or the sales person. No doubts the rebate of 7% will be given for first 100 buyers but these agents are trying to earned large chunks of these discounts which is suppose to be given to purchasers. Looking at the Kiara 1 records of delaying the construction job, I can see same thing is going to happened for this one too.

Seriously, is KR1 S&P signing being delayed? If this is true, it really makes me worry for putting my $$ into this KR2..

After looking at the model of the building, I noticed that in term of road access, KR2 is not really much better than the rest. Because there will not be a road access to Jalan 1/155b (bukit jalil to kesas). The main gate of KR2 is going to open towards jalan 3/155, and that is the same road which Bukit OUG, KR1, Rainz, ZR people are going to use.

Sorry if I gave you the impression that the car road access is better than the rest, I retract that. The car road accessibility is almost the same as Bukit OUG.

S&P has been signed. Received a copy of it already. in fact received it almost 2 months back.

I'll double check on the exact date i received the stamped copy of my S&P tonight

Not sure why some haven't received their stamped S&P but i'm pretty sure that if i received mine, all the other buyers would have already received their stamped copy since i haven't actually been chasing them.

Are you one of those who have "jalan" when you purchased KR1 or you followed the usual registration process ? You may skip this question if you don't want to answer.
