There is no Black and White ... It won't show in the S&P as well, or else, if this show, Maybank will revise your loan to 90% of AFTER discounted price.

Since D/P is 3% and remaining 7% suppose to pay upon signing S&P, the project with 7% discount means, you don't have to pay anything during S&P signing ....

I think subsequent to yours, Maybank is said to have also reached the quota too. So if it was approved sometime ago, then it might be very fast.

I think the banker told me that the quota was just increased and re-opened beginning last week, maybe that's why your's is late. (Quota closed but never inform you hence the delay?)
After that I got my approval within the same week, pleasantly surprised by MBB.
