what data developer has ya? actually developer also make comparisons with similar timing launches, use marketing team to gauge responses and tembak a figure according to their greed only ma nod.gif

Possible 1.8k-2k even as per current market, but u have to think of the supply volume as well. I think the better way is to be defensive, say if rent out at 1.5k can tahan? What about vacant period 3-4 months, or need added furnishing cost to compete etc then only the risk to yourself can be minimised

No worries bro, in fact on top of Zest that you quoted, Green Avenue is a good benchmark too.

the 1.5k figure i just pluck from the sky to indicate price pressure.

i've seen price war with lesser density during the absorption period, especially when larger units start throwing prices, not pretty.

but bj has some catalyst that hopefully take off some steam. brows.gif
