EK nickel fiasco has delayed my rig for yet another week. I have 1 more+ week to wait.

If the board is going to be priced at RM1.4k I'd rather have my amerifriend ship a board all the way back to me from Newegg and have RM300 more in my pocket. Warranty is not worth 27% premium. Alternatively I think going ud7 isn't all that bad either.

In the BIOS, did you set PEG as the primary video adapter? And is the IGP enabled or disabled? Also, are you running Lucid Virtu?

We are not selling the M5A99X EVO in Malaysia unfortunately.

The Maximus Extreme-Z is available and selling for RM1559.

On the contrary, P67 is an older chipset with less capabilities and technologies so a Z68 board will be priced higher than that, not to mention it comes with more features being an ROG board.

guys...i bought asus gtx560 Ti direct cu2 top. then now i want to flash the bios to the latest one. i downloaded the first bios, the one that is in the asus website. that is said to reduce the fan noise. i flash it already, everything ok.

then now i want to flash with the 1 more bios. the 1 that is said to improve the performance. coz that is the latest one right. so i run the exe file & it keeps giving me an error. it keep saying your graphic card of current system dont match this VBIOS.

please help me.....why cannot?

guys nevermind its not a problem anymore. TDUEnthusiast told me that latest bios is for gtx560 not gtx560 Ti.

but now my question is this... why did they put gtx560 bios in gtx560 Ti page??? wth asus? making people confused only

I believe a lot of people ditching that socket for LGA 1155. Well although LGA1366 still have this 'premium' status, which bugger is going to fork few thousands when a i7 2600k is almost on par with i7-980x? both also unlocked multiplier what. And IINM, SB runs cooler? no? maybe it is good for existing LGA1366 users looking for an upgrade.

I've got some issues with the p8p67 deluxe board.
the pc just wont start, and it shows a "red" cpu led light on the board, which is right next to the cpu fan, I have already called in once, they told me to send the board in for warranty, and so I did.

mean while, when the board is off for warranty, i purchased another board, which is the asus p8h61-m le, and everything works fine.

today i got my board back from warranty, so i replaced back the board (seller did it) after running for a few hours, the same "red" cpu led light came back on.

I ran out of idea of what is wrong. any better suggestion? can there be a refund to this prob?
