Apologies. Our service centre in JB under development. So in the mean time, you will have to liaise with the dealer that you bought from. Give them a call and see how you can arrange for your mobo to be swapped.

I feel ur pain my ex block mate. Last time my R3E i even scolded my seller to chase up Asus RMA as it took about 2 months to return. Right after that i straight away sold my replacement mobo lol.

Hope Asus & distro will improve their RMA service. 1 or 2 weeks is still acceptable. 2 months is too ridiculous.

It depends on your locality. Usually it only takes about a week but if you're residing in a state that is other than KL, Penang and JB, then the dealer will have to travel to the service centre to collect the new motherboard for you. Where are you staying by the way?

Why don't you pm me your name, mobo model, serial number, reference number and contact number. I'll try and see why it's taking so long.

Usually there are not BIOS updates for graphics cards unless there is a critical error encountered. Is your graphics card encountering any problems?

Your motherboard can only use DDR2 and it can support a max of 2 graphics cards. You can find this information on our website as well as the board's manual.

Received the mobo yesterday. Exactly 21days i waited for 1 to 1 exchange. But i notice a contradiction, the warranty sticker by ASUS is marked " June 2011". If not mistaken this mobo is only available for sell in msia by mid of July.

Yes the board can unlock cores but only for AM3 CPUs for the time being. Testing for AM3+ CPUs are in the works.

You can go to any of the DIY dealer shops in lowyat or digital mall if you're in Klang Valley.

Q1 - Right now, we didn't bring in mouse, keyboard or PSU. We do have headphones though. You should check with Build Technology. Give them a call and ask which dealers in your locality are selling ASUS headphones. Their number is 03-7955 3699.

Q2 - What is the error you are facing when registering your product?

Q3 - You can find the lucky draw boxes at dealer shops in lowyat. Just search for the 2X Winner visuals.

For some reason, my ASUS GTX560 Ti DirectCU II card seems to have gone semi-faulty. I just came back home a few minutes back, and everything seemed fine until the nVidia driver kept crashing multiple times. I thought it was an issue with the latest nVidia driver ( 280.26 ) but reverting to 275.50 doesn't seem to have helped.

In fact, when it was reverted, I could see lines flickering here and there for a bit, and some blemishes on my screen's wallpaper ( a curved-line patch of green as if someone used paint and edited windows' default wallpaper ). This quite convinced me that the card has indeed gone faulty for no apparent reason.

Because the seller that I bought the GTX560 Ti from has made it clear that any warranty issue should be handled by the buyer ( me ), I am unable to send it back to him to request for a replacement card. So ASUSMY, I'd like to know where can I send the card personally for warranty before I turn to the members offering warranty services here. Please reply as fast as possible, thanks.

Right now it's working fine at the moment after I shut my system down and turned it back on rather than reboot like I did previously. But I don't want to take any chances and would like to return this card for a replacement card.

Update 1 : Looks like the card is still working fine even when being stressed by MSI Kombustor, and when running Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Left 4 Dead 2. I'll continue the testing of the card and if the issue doesn't appear again, I'll probably call off my request for a replacement card.

Update 2 ( 01 Sept ) - Looks like it was indeed an isolated incident. I'm currently suspecting something else as the source of the problem and and concluded that the card itself is totally problem-free.
