for bhp, better use uob one plat (2% cashback everyday)

actually not all machine accept AMEX..maxis taman segar branch also just 1 of the 3 machines able to accept AMEX cc to make payment..

Optical:

Sinn Optical accepts Amex.

Did you try the machine at Taman Segar ?

yes..just the middle machine in taman segar maxis accept AMEX..i edi paid my bills dew times over there..and i did update over here already..

@ maxis taman segar, there is only 1 machine that accept card. another 2 are for cash payment only

all Shell accept Amex....

not 2 machine accept cc and 1 machine accept cash only? just 1 of the cc machine can accept AMEX cc..

Got declined by an Esso station in Ipoh yesterday that previously can use Amex. Guess Amex's networks got problems as well.

i just used my AMEX cc at esso kajang not problem at all..

Yesterday tried again using AMEX at GSC Jusco Bandaraya Melaka. Surprisingly ( and confusingly) can accept AMEX... Really delighted , yet mystify... ROTF....

Guardian at Batu Pahat pacific Mall did not accept AMEX

just use the machine that is SINGLE located

Yes..u r rite

the reason amex can use and cannot use is because those cashier not aware of u using amex. sometimes, they might given instruction that don't swipe amex for customer. i encounter at same bhp station, 1 time they say rejected, another time i pretend dunno and give them amex again, and it's work.

2 weeks back went to hush puppies warehouse sale and surprisingly can use amex.
Dun understand y established retail outlets dun accept amex when even a typical gudang place can accept.

For those who tried to swiped at GSC. Can you check your transaction slip if the terminal they used is EON or UOB? My observation is UOB can accept AMEX while EON cannot accept AMEX.
