Jogoya wont accept Amex. Only Visa and master.

No idea on these 2. Never been there

Before, the 29th, my last Starbucks was in 2010.

Cannot book Tune Hotel using Amex via online. They only accept Visa/Master

Sinn Optical accepts Amex.

Per transaction. Tried ordering 6 cups before but the card must be swiped 3 separate times.

If you are buying cash chips off the counter, yes, it is cash advance. PP during the weekend is RM 6k.

DLegend Bar in TTDI does not accept AMEX.

Not too sure about Tomei but Wah Chan do not charge any extra.

Swensens SS2 accepts AMEX. They are using Maybank terminal.

I never feel happy when swiping anything. I feel sad indeed.

All IT in LYP accepts AMEX. Done that but you need to haggle with them not to charge you on the 3% extra charge for CC usage.

At first they say they need to charge me 3% for my transactions. Then I told them I bought before with CC and it was waived, the cashier went to talked to the supervisor and in the end all was waived.

I think it depends on the margin they are getting for the items and from there they will deduce if they can absorb the cost or not.
