QUOTE(chemistry @ May 10 2011, 10:46 PM) He was too concerned with the Buy1Free1 stuff LOL. How many of you have patronized Starbucks more frequently than previously since the launch of Buy1Free1? How do you view this promo? Is this a trap to make you spend more unwittingly? Before, the 29th, my last Starbucks was in 2010. |

QUOTE(CalvinCLK @ Jun 25 2011, 11:36 AM) Not per day. It's per transaction per visit.. If you go out and revisit again? I guess u can buy another 1 and free 1 again.. Per transaction. Tried ordering 6 cups before but the card must be swiped 3 separate times. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 22 2011, 10:20 PM) Ya, I would like to know as well. I plan to buy a LED monitor from ALL IT or Viewnet from LYP, I saw from first page it shows these two shops accept. All IT in LYP accepts AMEX. Done that but you need to haggle with them not to charge you on the 3% extra charge for CC usage.Wanna fully utilise weekend cash rebate. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 22 2011, 11:00 PM) At first they say they need to charge me 3% for my transactions. Then I told them I bought before with CC and it was waived, the cashier went to talked to the supervisor and in the end all was waived.I think it depends on the margin they are getting for the items and from there they will deduce if they can absorb the cost or not. Added on August 23, 2011, 5:56 am QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Aug 22 2011, 11:21 PM) LOL, haven't try before. Best is going there and trying it yourself and if failed, walk away say you have no other card and no cash This post has been edited by tifosi: Aug 23 2011, 05:56 AM |
