It's true also..
I have 1 noob question to ask. When I plug the ac adapter with this internal battery, when the battery has reach 100%, so the overcharge will damage the laptop?

Instead of internal battery right?

i just came back from pc fair. totally out of stock for acer 4830tg timeline series. omg. the only lappy that can fight with 4830tg is Asus. almost the same spec but price at rm2699

btw, another good bargain from acer also. the i7 15.6" led.

just add another rm300 bucks to get that. quite worth it also. running same spec with 4830tg but the different is the screen size and also the processor.

happy buying! =)

Actually I went to of fair today and this model 4830gt is out of stock. They offer me aspire 4750g with rm2200 compare which rm200 cheaper than acer 4830gt.
I personally think that this spec is quite good and worth for the money too.

Acer aspire 4750g specification:
Core i5 2.3ghz
500gb hdd
14 inch
Nvidia geforce gt 520m
Built in card reader
Webcam

Well, its a budget-line laptop like the A series, whereas the 4830Tg is premium line like the N series nod.gif
For that budget you'll be able to get an MSI FX420, i5-2410M + AMD HD6470@RM2099, FreeDOS/RM2299(W7HP), 3 years warranty nod.gif
Performance-wise, both are almost similar nod.gif

I really cant decide which lappy to buy!! acer 4830gt(rm2.4k) or asus n53sv(rm2.5k)! both lappys are really good enough for normal use..

4830 will be more portable too

consider whether you'll be moving your laptop a lot

then maybe you'll realise 4830's battery triumphs N53SV too

Personally, I rather get the A43SV or U41SV. But that's my own opinion.
